SMART Modular Offices – 24 modules/360 m²

When the customer needed to quickly expand their office space in Kopřivnice, they opted for modular construction. The solution was an assembly of SMART containers, which with their elegant anthracite finish perfectly matches the surrounding buildings while making a representative impression.

An interesting feature of the project is the glazed walls in the meeting rooms, which give the assembly a modern and airy character. One of the containers was divided into two parts – creating a practical entrance hall and at the same time a room designated for private phone calls.

The floors of the entire assembly were covered with heavy-duty carpet, which significantly improves acoustic and thermal comfort. The entrance door is equipped with anti-panic hardware and an electromechanical lock with preparation for a card reader.

For employee comfort, it was also necessary to solve a larger number of electrical and data outlets – this was ensured by cable ducts placed along the edges of the open-office space. The client also used our SERVICE 360°, including the provision of complete IT infrastructure.
