Modular offices with shared corridor for two companies

The customer chose the SMART modular series for the rapid provision of administrative facilities in the Mošnov area. We delivered an assembly of 16 office containers with a total area of 240 m² as a rental. The foundation is an integrated corridor that connects the individual rooms and allows employees to move between offices with dry feet – without having to go outside. The corridor is divided by a partition wall, creating two separate sections; each serves a different company and ensures the necessary privacy and order in operations.

The offices and meeting rooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished, so they can be used immediately after handover. Near the main entrance, a main electrical power switch is installed – Total Stop, which allows rapid shutdown of the entire assembly. The project includes both residential modules for administration and sanitary containers for comfortable operation. The whole thus fulfills the role of site facilities with full-fledged office spaces.

Thanks to modularity, the assembly can be easily modified – add or remove rooms, change the layout, or later move it to another location. For two companies, this means a fast, clean and cost-effective solution that does not disrupt surrounding operations and does not require lengthy construction work. Air conditioning ensures a stable indoor environment for daily work, meeting rooms create facilities for meetings and control days. The result is a functional administrative base that combines the requirement for employee comfort, organization of movement within the building, and operational safety.
